About

The idea for Wild Kitchen arose from my love of fermented foods and having plenty of time on my hands due to the lockdown.


Whilst it may not be a unique idea, I still wanted to supply my friends and the local community with fermented goods that use the freshest ingredients and in the smallest batches. Creating smaller batches guarantees a delicious flavour, higher quality and sustainability. Every jar is the culmination of time, care and mother nature’s produce.

The result is a delicious and healthy side dish that can be used a in a myriad of ways or just eaten straight out of the jar.
